Daily practice

Working in a team with a clear structure

We are a small team of four therapists and work together in a friendly, supportive, and relaxed atmosphere. Mutual exchange is important to us. At the same time, each person has the opportunity to retreat to their own space and work with focus.

Once a week, we meet for a team meeting, including a meal. Beyond organizational topics, the focus is on professional exchange, updates, and feedback. At the same time, it's a space for new ideas and relaxed camaraderie. Occasionally, we try out new things together, such as short meditations, new therapy games, or methods presented by the team. This is complemented by shared activities like our summer outing and Christmas party.

Working with a familiar patient base

You work with children, adolescents, and adults from the local area. Many people come to us through recommendations or due to our easy accessibility, which ensures reliable and ongoing cooperation.

Practice Rooms

Structured spaces for your daily work

Our practice is located in the medical center on Hugenottenplatz, alongside other specialties such as occupational therapy and physiotherapy. The rooms are bright, spacious, and clearly structured. Each therapist works in her own therapy room, individually tailored to her working style, with ample space for personal materials.

Additionally, central areas are available for diagnostic and therapy materials, including a separate room for supplies and extensive copy templates for daily therapy work. A small office with a printer and a well-equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, and small snacks make daily work easier. A separate staff bathroom completes the amenities. Overall, the practice is organized to facilitate both independent work and team collaboration.
